As more hospice providers enter the market, organizations must clearly communicate what makes their care unique. Effective hospice differentiation helps strengthen referral partnerships, improve community awareness, and support long-term organizational growth while maintaining a patient-centered focus.
What makes your hospice unique and different from the other hospices in your community? Most hospices try to differentiate themselves with strong talking points, e.g. we are a nonprofit hospice, our hospice is owned by people who live in the community, we do same-day admissions (well I hope so!!) While these are nice talking points, they do not deliver clear distinct value to referral sources, families, and patients.
Join us to learn how to go about developing powerful, value-added clinical, programmatic, professional, and partnership differentiators. Understanding how to develop true differentiators will help you serve more people, grow, and give the gift of hospice.
