Based on the patient’s primary diagnosis, the Wound Clinical Group is the highest reimbursed of the 12 PDGM clinical groups. This session will focus on wound documentation and OASIS items to help ensure consistent, accurate documentation—from referral information and physician-verified diagnoses through to OASIS responses.

We will provide an in-depth review of wound types, stages, and coding tips, along with guidance on navigating common and challenging wound scenarios.
