Holy Redeemer Home Care & Hospice, PA & NJ, seeks a Vice President Financial Reporting / CFO for Home Care. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President for Home Care and Hospice and to the Health System CFO, the VP Financial Reporting/Chief Financial Officer for Home Care/Hospice will be a key member of the Home Care and Hospice operating division leadership team and will have responsibility for the oversight of the financial management of the Home Care and Hospice business including expense management, revenue cycle management, general ledger, budgeting and the preparation of consolidated financial statements for the business unit as well as the for the various locations. Homeside Hospice, a nurse owned and operated hospice, is looking for a highly-motivated, compassionate and energetic candidate as a full-time RN Case Manager to work out of Essex, Hudson, Passaic and Bergen counties. Must have a current and valid license to practice professional nursing in the state of NJ. Preference of at least two (2) years of work experience as a Hospice nurse. Demonstrates professional competency, ability to assess and respond to the needs of patients and families in varied settings, and good organizational skills.
